You will be responsible for the designs of storm water, sewer, roads and bulk earthworks for private and township developments. Manage current and new projects as well as the contract administration; client liaising, prepare tender documents, appoint tender adjudicators, check drawings, prepare bill of quantities, attend site meetings and carry out site inspections.
