Job Description:
Leading distribution center is looking to appoint a Claims Auditor:

To conduct claims investigations by visiting stores

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ BRIEF SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

Ensure detailed investigations are excersized to determine root causes:
Store level
Transport level
DC operations level
Supplier level
Ensure monthly store training are conducted with all high claiming stores.
Ensure/ Maintain Claims KPI.
Ensure claims are investigated and processed within 72 hours.
To meet daily and weekly reporting deadlines
To constantly provide feedback to management and/or other departments regarding POD’s and Claims
To maintain an ongoing exceptional working relationship with stores
Timely response to information requests, with accurate data
To work efficiently to ensure that Key Performance Indicators set are met
Company code of conduct, policies and procedures are adhered to
Misconduct is identified and reported to management immediately.
Communicating with relevant stakeholders on a regular basis
Requires travelling to branches

Tertiary education or related qualification (Warehouse/ Logistics Management)
Proven experience in warehouse logistics operations
Good understanding of warehouse tracking and operational software packages
SAP R3/EWM or other SAP WMS experience
Driver’s licence
MS Office experience
Proven experience in distribution centre operations.
Stores inventory and backdoor experience
