Gauteng - Midrand Area. Financial Service Organization seeks to employ a Claims Call Centre Agent
to provide support service to the claims department by liaising with clients & providing solutions
Answer and provide first time resolution and quality driven responses to all correspondences
Keep the client informed (verbally and/or in writing) if any unresolved queries is outstanding

Matric/Grade 12
Minimum 2 – 3 years in Life Insurance
Call Centre knowledge (systems)
Medical terminology preferred.
Afrikaans and English - fluent (read, write and speak)
