Liaising with intermediaries and internal customers
Directing claims input on computer
Generating letter to clients as well as intermediaries

Managing repudiations, insuring fairness and diplomatic communication

Processing of claims
Verify and analyse claims data to ensure that claims are valid and that settlements are made according to company practices and procedures.
Keep client / brokers updated on progress
