Vacancy for a Claims Handler with at least 3 years personal lines motor and non-motor claims experience.

• Matric / Grade 12
• FAIS Regulatory Exam for Reps (RE 5) or RE1 will be an advantage
• 30 FAIS credits (Short Term Insurance)
• Must be able to read, write and understand Afrikaans
• Clear ITC record and no criminal record
• SA Citizenship
• At least 4 years personal lines claims experience with Motor and Non-Motor claims
• Full function claims administration
• Working experience at an Insurance Administration Company

Duties will include the following:

• Reporting and handling of claims, which entails the initial registration of personal lines claims and communication with clients.
• Liaising with clients and brokers.
• Attending to certain broker duties as well as certain Insurer duties.
