? Claim/Contract Manager should have proven experience as primary Project Manager for large EPC Projects (preferably in the field of Power Generation).
? Ideally he/she shal have managed at least 2 EPC Projects from Project start-up and implementation to Plant delivery to the client.
? He/she shall demonstrate a proven track record in the Management of major erection sub-contracts as well as in the preparation and management of the relevant claims.
? International Arbitration and/or Litigation and Dispute resolution experiences are considered are considered a key factor in the candidate selection
