CLAIMS HANDLER - Short Term Insurance

Permanent, full time position
Areas: Centurion and Midrand, Gauteng
Salary: Negotiable – market related

Previous short term insurance experience essential, at an insurance company, not broker.
100% Afrikaans (read write and speak) and English
Clean ITC and criminal record – checks will be done.
Driver licence and own transport.

Must have proof of FAIS and RE qualification.
Must be registered at the FSB (Financial Service Board).
Must be able to work independently and handle the entire process independently.
• Reporting and handling of claims, which entails the initial registration of personal lines claims and communication with clients.
• Liaising with clients and brokers.
• Attending to certain broker duties as well as certain Insurer duties.
