To provide superior claims service to ensure the retention and the growth in our customer base, and the building excellent relationships with service providers, thereby contributing to the bottom line results of the Company and its Insurance Administration Services department.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

Grade 12
FAIS Certifications
Completed RE
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, work effectively under pressure and be deadline-driven
Attention to detail
Must be process driven and must be able to work within structures
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar insurance role

Salvage and Recovery registers
Recoveries
