Computer literacy (Word & Excel) NB
Able to communicate effectively in both Afrikaans and English

Administering of claims and opening files
Appointing assessors and authorizing same
Liaising with intermediaries and internal customers
Directing claims input on computer
Generating letter to clients as well as intermediaries
Ad-hoc projects
Ensure appropriate controls are in place for valid claims settlement
Managing repudiations, insuring fairness and diplomatic communication
Provision and adherence to claims service levels
Application of policy terms and conditions
Detection and management of fraud, dishonesty and misrepresentation
Ensure application of business and scheme rules
Day to day self-management of claims
Input and maintenance of claims information on computer system
Generating and checking of reports
Exceptional client service to all Company Clients
Processing of claims
Verify and analyze claims data to ensure that claims are valid and that settlements are made according to company practices and procedures.
Keep client / brokers updated on progress
analyze a situation and do thorough research in order to properly evaluate and minimize each claim
Assessment of motor vehicle quotations
Minimization of claims paid, and claims expenses
Solving of problems
Insure correct information entered into Aladdin
Negotiation with Panel beaters
Building and maintaining relationships with ISI clients and suppliers
Processing of supplier / client Invoices for payment
