Qualification:
The ideal Candidate must be Dynamic, friendly and service orientated. Grade 12 and computer literacy in the Microsoft Package with two years relevant experience will be essential. Excellent administrative skills as well as fluency in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written) will be an advantage.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Taking down clear messages from customers and colleagues and ensure it reaches the right
Person.
- Switchboard duties when required.
- Control of all filing and keeping it up to date.
- Capturing of data on delivery notes on Datatim and other systems prescribed by the Company.

Market related salary is offered.
