As the Banking Client service Manager you will serve as the primary contact for all Digiprocessing’s clients. The role is to ensure that all interactions with the client are handled in a timely manner and with a quality of response that continually exceeds the client's expectations. You will need to be able to understand the client’s needs and effectively manage the expectations there off. This role requires a strong customer-service focused people-person who can effectively manage expectations and communicate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as custodian for a specific group of international clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with these clients
• Being the conduit for all clients request between client and Digiprocessing teams
• Ensuring client’s products needs are met based on their business needs
• Coordinate and manage the mandate process and any other client-related matters
• Client interaction, report backs and information sharing to targeted client groups
• Client development
• Keep clients abreast of market events on a regular basis
• Be aware of Digiprocessing full product range and make clients aware of alternative products where appropriate
• Client Feedback to internal teams to ensure on going product and service level improvements

Requirements:
• Previous working experience in a customer service/sales/account management.
• Previous experience in face-to-face client meetings
• Experience in managing multiple projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (written, verbal and telephonic)

• Reliable, resourceful and ability to take initiative
• Previous working experience in an ecommerce banking/payments/finance role advantageous
