JOB TITLE: Client Executive
REPORTING TO: GM Client Management Services
UNIT/GROUP: Sales and Client Management Services

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:
To maintain relationships with existing designated clients and develop new business opportunities within both the nominated account base as well as identify and develop new blue sky business opportunities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:
To ensure retention of existing client base.
To ensure growth of existing client base.
To identify and sign on new clients.
To ensure that agreed financial and growth targets are met in line with set targets.
To take ultimate accountability for driving of the full client services process.
To act as trusted advisor to clients and prospective clients for all BCM related services, including a key focus on all of the company's Services offering and others as and when they become application.
To selectively identify, qualify and manage opportunities within the existing account base, as well as opportunities for new products sets.
To accurately complete and update the designated account plans on an ongoing basis.
To ensure that all Pre and Post – test reports are handled accurately, and any potential short failings from the company are corrected, and a plan is put in place so that it does not happen again.
Review progress as compared to budget with staff quarterly.
Profitability and sales involves establishing and achieving sales and profitability goals and increasing the Companies market share.To ensure retention of existing client base.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED BY INCUMBENT:
Matric
Tertiary education, preferably in a technical or business degree or diploma or BCom Degree or Project Management Certificate.
Minimum of 5-7 years in ICT related industry, at least 3 of which in a Senior Client Management role.
Knowledge of Business Continuity and Resilience practices will be an advantage
