Exceptionally well groomed candidate, preferably with experience in a serviced office or service related industry and previous team leader experience, required for the corporate office rental centre.

Minimum requirements:
• Exceptional organising skills and ability to multi task
• Previous experience in a service centre, dealing with customers face to face and on a daily basis, essential
• MS Office Suite – Word Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook essential
• Team leader/Supervisory experience essential
• Key account management experience required
• 20% Sales, 40% Customer Relationship Management, 40% Operations Management

Responsibilities:
• Client liaison, communication and service
• Manage front of house, cleaning staff and gardener
• First point of contact for all clients and visitors – ensuring an excellent first impression
• Responsible for appearance of Centre – reception are, canteen, business lounge, meeting rooms, restaurant, hot desk area, gym and restrooms
• Support and stand in for Centre Manager
• Identify business opportunities and follow up leads
• Client retention through meetings with clients
• Resolve all client queries, requests and comments
• Prepare offices for new tenants
• Arrange IT requirements as per client needs and requests
• Register IT logs with IT Department
• Keep and update tenant files
• Client purchase vouchers
• Control client payments, i.e. canteen, purchases, internet usage, etc
• Responsible for vending machine stock
• Purchase cleaning supplies, weekly stock take
• Ensure Boardrooms are ready, i.e. Video Conferencing, lunch requirements, beverage requirements, etc
• Provide admin support and secretarial support where necessary
• Welcome packs for new tenants
• Oversee stocking of canteen, purchasing and ordering of stock
• Assist clients with printing, binding, copying
