role would be to communicate and correspond to emails ,Medical Aid queries Via
telephone or email and have knowledge of the industry.

Grade 12 /Matric
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent writing skills for
Correspondence
2-3 years experience in a call centre or client service
environment
Medical Aid administrative experience would be an added Advantage
Languages -English, Afrikaans and Xhosa ( Fluent)
