CLIENT MANAGER - SYSTEMS
Based in South Africa, reporting to the Regional Services Director, EMEA
Requirements:
? Master’s / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or relevant field.
? 7 – 10 Years’ experience in the design, development, testing, installation and
troubleshooting of complex software/hardware systems and system upgrades.
? 3 -5 years systems project management experience.
? Advanced in-depth knowledge of / skills in the content areas of: Gaming systems
/ platforms planning and operations in large company/international environment,
systems design and administration.
? Advanced in-depth knowledge of gaming systems / platforms / infrastructure will
be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
? Builds and maintains strong post-sales relationship with assigned client group,
anticipating their needs and providing day-to-day advice and support. (billing,
training, technical problems, compliance updates, etc)
? Plans and manages the tactical activities of the entity managed in response to
company priorities; participates in establishing systems engineering practice
guidelines
? Participates in establishing systems engineering goals and objectives including
commitment to project timelines and key installation / upgrade milestones
? Coordinates with internal and external customers to deliver assigned aspects of
the planning, testing, installing of the equipment, network systems and software
on schedule, within budget, with a high level of quality and efficiency and in a
regulatory-compliant manner
? Participates in ensuring or ensures efficient project management to dependably
deliver assigned aspects of installations / upgrades / service in a timely manner
? Participates in ensuring or ensures that the testing and installation new or
upgraded software systems and platforms consistent with end users’
requirements
? Analyzes and reports on all phases of projects; installation, maintenance,
upgrade and service projects
? Mentors and participates in developing Systems Engineers
? Keeps abreast of industry; participates in researching new technologies
