A leading Travel Company in the Cape Town area is looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Consultant. The successful individual needs to be an experienced Travel Specialist (min. 5 years) who is a skilled communicator, can represent the company, has great attention to detail, strong negotiations skills and is able to delegate and monitor results.

Tasks and responsibilities:
• Coordinating and controlling the day to day running of the assigned clients
• Ensure response times are met as per client agreement
• Invoicing and payment control
• Calculations, Margin analysis, Product Analysis and development
• Relationship Building
• Assisting in the development, coordination and implementation of the set marketing plan
• Day to day updating, communicating and enhancing product information
• Assist in answering of complaints to operational team
• Weekly customer relations/communication
• Monitoring the operational sales to reach required set margins
• Making sure the yearly brochures/programs are produced according to client/market needs
• Emergency phone duty
• Analysing bookings, reporting
•
Experience:
• 5+ years experience in a similar role
• Sound knowledge of Southern Africa – routings and suppliers
• Keen interest in travel throughout Africa
• Ability to develop and promote product and services
• Fluent in English and market specific languages (European languages a bonus)
