Client Relations Executive

Educational Requirements:
Matric

Experience Requirements:
Must have at least 2 – 3 years’ experience in customer service
Must have excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans both written and spoken
Must be attentive to detail
Must be proficient in Microsoft office & general knowledge of software etc.
Must have good report writing skills
Must be able to analyse & problem solve
Call centre experience is desired
Must have experience in service industry
Experience in Cash in Transit Industry is advantageous
Must have own transport and valid driver license

Responsibilities:
Responsible to one or more Field Sales Executives
Allocated a portfolio of existing customers across Limpopo
Responsible for nurturing a sound customer service relationship
Retention of customer base
Strong customer service skills
Able to solve any customer problems / issues which arise which may include retraining
Technical knowledge & mathematical skills
Able to listen to the customer & communicate effectively
Able to work in a team
Maintain customer service levels according to Company requirements and standards
Provide prompt and efficient service to all external and internal customers
Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to customer problems
Assist with special projects as required
Working with customer base to ensure good relationships are maintained
Reporting
Travelling to various customers daily across Limpopo
General admin

Additional:
Salary R10 000 – R15 000 per month , Petrol & Cell phone allowance
Need to have clear CRIM record as well as undergo a Polygraph
May Be required to work overtime
Confident & outgoing self-starter

Emphatic to customers and their needs
Previous relevant experience is required
