A well-established company within the retail industry based in Durban is looking to employ an experienced and qualified Client Relations Executive.

Responsibilities (But not limited to):
• Present, negotiate and sell strategically to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Make requested/necessary adjustments or design changes to artwork
• Sign up new stores
• Maintain the Control Centre
• Monitoring and reporting
• Administration

Requirements:
• Matric/Grade 12 essential
• Diploma in Customer Relations/Marketing and/or service-related field would be advantageous
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ Customer Relations/Junior Sales experience
• Minimum of 1 years’ administration experience
• Basic technical knowledge of computer and audio hardware and radio advertising trends would be advantageous
• Ability to travel away from home
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to sell and close deals
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
