• Responsible to grow and retain business via broker channel and perform direct sales to ensure that broker targets are met
• Responsible for handling leads in your area or when requested
• Meet and network with medical practitioners regularly with a view of attaining business
• Meet and network with brokers monthly, quarterly and ensure that broker target set are met (review work in progress and YTD statistics)
• Respond to queries that would have been escalated by brokers and other stakeholders
• Responsible for assisting brokers with signing and finalizing of contracts in your respective area
• Run incentives for brokers to assist in driving sales
• Attend client meetings with brokers where necessary
• Attend broker roadshows, broker information events and any broker events planned
