This is a career opportunity for you to join an energetic and dynamic team of professionals where you will report to the Sales Manager and contribute to new business growth which includes client research and cold-calling, setting up meetings and marketing activities, closing the deals and achieving monthly targets. Full product training will be provided.

Key areas of responsibility will include but are not limited to:
Building new and maintaining existing customer relationships with the aim of securing sales for a well established state of the art online reward solution
Identifying and prospecting for new business
Following up on all leads and closing the sales
Client visits and presentations as per call cycle (face to face and telephonic)
Daily reporting on activities (MS Excel)
Ensuring data collection and quality of submissions
Diary management and facilitation of appointments

Essential Requirements:
Matric/Grade 12
Previous sales experience in a similar role with a proven track record of achievements and a strong focus on new business development and client relationship building (a solutions sales background would be ideal). We will also consider Graduates with a passion for sales but limited work experience.
MS Office proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Own vehicle and valid driver’s license essential

Good presentation skills and ability to confidently present the products to the clients face to face

Sound interpersonal skills and able to build long term relationships
Ability to liase at Executive level – will be dealing with HR Managers, Directors, MDs and CEO’s

Results driven as this is a high performance, output driven environment
Ability to work to targets
Ability to self-manage and self-motivate – must be a self-starter
