To ensure that a high level of Client Services is provided to the investor and
financial intermediary that interacts with the company.
The Client Service Consultant will be responsible for all incoming client queries in the form of written as well as telephonic interactions.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Handle existing client queries relating to investments in the Unit Trusts and Retirement funds space
Handling enquiries from intermediaries and broader distribution force
Ensuring all instructions received adhere to legal and regulatory guidelines
Meeting with clients and prospective clients to explain the investment options
Liaising with all relevant role players i.e. intermediaries/MRD/clients/broker
consultants to obtain any outstanding information, clarify instructions received and appropriately document all interactions on the workflow system
Evaluating problems regarding service issues and enquiries to determine their importance and urgency
Perform investigations when necessary and respond with an appropriate solution within a timely manner
Responding to all enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Management of documentation with FICA & FAIS legislation and other static client data as required from time to time
Management of internal relationships to ensure prompt client response
Liaising with administrator/admin support
Technical understanding of all the company offerings and the ability to apply that understanding to daily outputs

Work Experience
At least 2 years experience providing client service to Unit Trust and Individual Retirement Product clients as well as to intermediaries
Proven track record of building outstanding relationships testified by references

Qualifications
Grade 12
Relevant tertiary qualification preferable
English and Afrikaans verbal and written communication skills essential

Systems Knowledge
Proficient in MS Office
