We are looking for a Client Service Officer for a National Company in Durban in the Medical Industry

Purpose of the position:
Establish good relationships with the company’s current client base by providing regular training and resolving outstanding matters.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience gained as an External Client Service Representative
Experience in medical practice administration will be beneficial
Must have previous customer/client liaison experience
Must have excellent communication skills
Must have strong administration skills
Must be fluent in English & Afrikaans will be advantageous
Valid Driver’s License is essential
Must be willing to travel extensively in the KZN area
Must be very computer literate (Excel and Word in Intermediate to Advanced Level)
Would suit a well groomed and well spoken individual.
