We are looking for a Client Service Officer for a National Company in Johannesburg preferably in the Kempton Park and Midrand area.(Medical Industry)

Purpose of the position:
Establish good relationships with the company’s current client base by providing regular training and resolving outstanding matters.

Minimum Requirements:
Must have previous customer/client liaison experience
Must have excellent communication skills
Must have strong administration skills
Must be fluent in English & Afrikaans
Valid Driver’s License is essential
Must be willing to travel in Johannesburg and surrounding areas to see clients
Must be very computer literate (Excel and Word in Intermediate to Advanced Level)
Experience in medical practice administration will be beneficial
Would suit a well groomed and well spoken fully bilingual individual.
