We are looking for a Client Service Officer for a National Company in Johannesburg in the Medical Industry (Johannesburg East Rand Area)

Purpose of the position:
Establish good relationships with the company’s current client base by providing regular training and resolving outstanding matters.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience gained as an External Client Service Representative
Experience in medical practice administration will be beneficial
Fluent in English & Afrikaans will be advantageous
Must have a valid unendorsed SA driver’s license
Must be PC literate – intermediate to advance knowledge of Word and Excel
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to accurately process large volumes of paperwork
Deadline driven individual able to perform under high pressure
Flexible to adapt to changes in daily routine on short notice
Excellent interpersonal skill and strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to establish and maintain excellent client relationships
Must have matric certificate or equivalent qualification
Aptitude for numbers/accounting – preferably debtors or creditors experience
Matric qualification is essential


Candidate must be willing to do extensive traveling
