National Company is looking for a Client Service Officer in Johannesburg

Requirements:
• Fluent in English & Afrikaans
• Must have a valid unendorsed SA driver’s license
• Experience in medical practice administration will be beneficial
• Must have matric certificate or equivalent qualification
• Aptitude for numbers/accounting – preferably debtors or creditors experience
• IOD/medical industry knowledge is essential

Skills needed:
• Ability to accurately process large volumes of paperwork
• Deadline driven individual able to perform under high pressure
• Flexible to adapt to changes in daily routine on short notice
• Excellent telephonic and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain excellent client relationships
• Must be PC literate – intermediate to advance knowledge of Word and Excel
• Must have excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Client service oriented but also target driven to ensure query lists are kept to minimum.

Job Purpose:

Establish good relationships with the company’s current client base by providing regular training and resolving outstanding matters.
Key Performance Areas:
1. Payor Liaison
1.1. Ensure that all submission batches are delivered promptly.
1.2. Ensure that all the relevant feedback has been obtained and has been captured onto the database.
1.3. Ensure that all relevant paperwork has been obtained where necessary.
1.4. Discuss outstanding accounts and payment methods as instructed by head office.

2. Client Relationship Management
2.1. Training of new and existing clients in terms of the relevant requirements for such client’s discipline.
2.2. Monitor and control the flow of paperwork between the client and the Company
2.3. Ensuring that you assist the client with query management to reduce the number of outstanding queries.
2.4. Monitor the level of client satisfaction providing relevant feedback to Head Office
2.5. Ensure head office is notified of any changes to client details
2.6. Assist clients where necessary to obtain relevant outstanding information or documentation.

3. General Administration
3.1. Ensure age analysis is managed accordingly.
3.2. Prepare monthly planning and ensure it is added to the relevant database promptly.
3.3. Submit weekly report feedback on the relevant database.

4. Geographical Team Liaison
4.1. Consult and provide continuous feedback with the relevant Supervisor regarding their clients
4.2. Monitor and report back on all processing issues you might become aware of

Successful candidate will get a company car, laptop, cellphone, printer etc
Successful candidate will be required to travel frequently in their designated area to clients and occasional travel to PE for training & conferences etc
