CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

A top achieving graduate with at least 6 months’ relevant working experience you are interested in a Client Service Representative role where you will be responsible for the completion of all questions pertaining to the Fund Set Up process for their client as well as providing Custody support.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work in a pressurized, deadline driven environment and the ability to cope with a steep learning curve.

• B. Com / B. Bus. Sci. / similar qualification
• A good working knowledge of MS Excel
• An excellent understanding of accounting principles
• Good understanding of fund opening/closing process.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

• Completion and review of new fund set up information
• Monitoring, investigating and reporting on daily unadvised and non-receipt
• Responsible for collating and distributing weekly class action notifications to impacted clients
• Generating and reporting on daily failed trades in custody

In addition, the ideal candidate will be responsible for liaising with internal departments resolving issues timeously, ensuring that the line manager and others, as appropriate, are kept aware of all issues/problems/queries/work in progress as well as participating in projects impacting the wider group.
