Our client, an authorized financial services provider of beneficiary funds and umbrella trusts is seeking to recruit a field agent to manage a portfolio of clients. The position will involve educating clients, assisting with completing documents, collecting documents, etc. Consulting with Guardians,
Care Givers, Beneficiaries and Members of various funds on a Roadshow or Field trip.

Responsibilities:
Plan and execute according to project methodology
Provide information about roadshows to stakeholder
Liaise with the all divisions especially operations to gather information and materials for roadshow preparation
Engage service providers for assistance with roadshow
Facilitation and liaising with prospective project participants
Distribute information and materials concerning roadshow
Plan roadshow to distribute and collect information
Conduct one-on-one meetings with clients to gather information, complete forms and collect documents from clients (in their respective areas) on the roadshows.
Identify areas that require roadshows
Prepare reports on roadshow conducted
Assist with the office operation

Qualification and Experience:
Grade 12 (Minimum requirement)
Relevant post-matric qualification (advantageous)
An appropriate understanding of the area economic, cultural and political environment
Proven experience in research methods
Good experience in Office administration
Valid Driver’s license is essential
Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP)
Must be able to speak, read and write fluently in English, Zulu and Sotho
Project Management & Reporting
Good analytical and problem solving
Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, Internet & E-mail, general computer knowledge
Excellent communication and presentation skills
