Client Services Consultants – Northern Suburbs, Cape Town

Well established company in the Northern Suburbs, Cape Town is looking for Client Services Consultants with at least 1 year’s personal line experience in the Short Term Insurance.

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
• 1 year personal lines experience in a short term insurance environment
• Must have Inbound & Outbound Financial Call Centre environment experience
• FAIS compliant (30 credits NQF level 4)
• Passed RE 1 or 5 exam
• Compliance with FAIS Fit & Proper criteria i.e. minimum experience and competency requirements, which can be obtained while working under supervision.
• Must be Fluent in English and 1 other South African official language
