A vacancy exists at a pharmaceutical company in Pretoria for a Client Services Controller. The successful candidate must be able to deliver results and exceed customer expectations

The ideal candidate will be bilingual, Computer literate and system proficient, work towards deadlines, have a high sense of urgency, time management and cope with pressure and setbacks

• Manage the Client Services department
• Motivate and discipline team

• Resolve escalated client issues
• Scheduling, work allocation, workflow management and deployment of resources
• Administration of leave, attendance and timekeeping
• Process and systems training
• Process problem collections
• Price difference credits
• Client Services Performance


Reporting structure

• He/she will report directly to the Call Centre Manager

Minimum Requirements

• At least five years’ experience in a Client Services environment of which three years in a managerial role
• Communication skills(Afrikaans & English definite requirement)
• Previous Pharmaceutical experience
• Grade 12
• Pharmacist Assistant qualification an added advantage
