Client Services Executive (G01)

Location: Johannesburg

Description: An international company based in the UK is looking for a Client Service Executive for their offices in Johannesburg Gauteng. The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include: ensuring all clients receive high levels of service at all times, written, verbal or in person whilst responding to incoming emails, phone calls, live chat, Facebook messenger and face to face client communication; maintain the company database to ensure accurate client leads are kept on Eventbrite and Salesforce; pre-event technical setup up with delegates; support advanced programs, including registration, room set up, ordering materials and client support; deal with departmental cancellations; deal with any customer queries constantly identifying up-sell opportunities; log information on calls received/made where required and maintain detailed and accurate records. With Sales Experience: to be responsible for event managing and selling at the Company’s preview seminars and events; the Events Team are ultimately responsible for the room set up however if there are any issues on the day then the Client Service Executive are expected to resolve the situation as the events need to run as smoothly as possible to maximize sales; register all delegates, and guests at the seminar and accurately record information into SalesForce (company database); take payments by PDQ machine and accurately enter all sales into SalesForce and will return all seminar paperwork into the office; arrive at the event an hour and a half before the event starts to set up the room and do the event checks to ensure our Company event standards are met.

Key Requirements: Sales & Customer Service experience; Computer literate and own transport

Additional Requirements: Proven sales track record; good customer care qualities; good communication and interpersonal skills.

Remuneration: Market Related
