A Global leader in the marketing industry seeks to add to their team a Client Services Manager


To project manage projects from start through to completion and provide an excellent, ongoing service to clients, offering guidance and advice that results in successful project delivery. To build effective relationships with clients. To support the sales team with client pitches and bids and achieve repeat business through developing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.


Project Management

Take ownership of accounts and ensure delivery against all targets set

Project manage the production and development of projects from brief to fulfillment and ensure they are delivered on time, to budget and in line with customer service agreements

Manage and implement agreed projects, write creative copy, approve all creative briefs, proposals, printed and digital materials and ensure that written approval is given by the client before going to print

Brief internal departments as appropriate, including sales, product development, design, web development and concierge

Produce timing schedules for internal and external parties and ensure they are followed or adjusted where necessary

To manage all campaign and third party information from the design to print

Provide the optimum level of resources to meet project requirements whilst maximising the profitability of each account


Motivated, enthusiastic and has a positive attitude to work

Natural ability to build good working relationships with people

Proactive, approachable, able to inspire confidence and enthusiasm
