Our Head Office in Randburg is seeking young goal directed, service oriented, target driven problem solvers! We are recruiting consultants to join our Customer Service team.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact and have to ensure the resolution of customer queries and pro-actively manage customer satisfaction. We are seeking candidates with the following attributes:
• Excellent written communication skill
• Superb typing skill of at least 20wpm and 100% accuracy
• Energetic
• Hardworking
• Fluency in written and spoken English must be able to express ideas clearly and concisely
• Dynamic with a passion and drive to resolve issues
In addition the person must have the ability to manage time effectively and enjoy interacting with customers.

Salaries are market related and commensurate with your previous experience in a Customer Service environment.
