Qualifications & Requirements:
Honours Commerce Degree / recognized post graduate qualification (CA (SA) / CFA / MBA) (From reputable University).
Must have averaged 75% or more academically.
3-5 years post qualification experience in the financial services industry.
Has completed articles with one of the Big 4 Audit Firms
Must be FAIS compliant (i.e has written the necessary Regulatory Examinations (FSB) and must meet fit and proper requirements)
Ability to maintain and develop existing relationships
Must have proven sales track record and notable accolades
Good interpersonal and influencing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have strong technical and business development skills
Stable career history

Responsibilities:
Service and retain clients by:
Preparing and presenting presentations to private and institutional clients on their investments.
Responding to clients queries promptly
Completing and submit client due diligences and request
Ensure that all clients advises are based on a long term investment point of view.
Work and service administrative FSP’s by ensuring that our products are the preferred products being advised on by the administrative FSP.
Need to understand client’s mandates and agreements.
Draft and review client mandates together with legal departments.
Draft written communication letters professionally such as letters, emails and reports
Promotion of member choice in organizations in both public and private sector by contacting employers/ principal officers/ trustees of Pension Funds of National Government/ local government/ municipal government/ public enterprise/ private companies/ corporate and multinational companies/ educational institutions.
Conduct strategic research into possible new client relationships.
Prepare management reports on new and existing clients, as well as provide detailed reports to the management on the growth of new business.
Preparing and distributing client monthly, quarterly and annual report backs.
Prepare and maintain the procedure manual.
Ensuring that the institutional client database and contact lists are updated on a regular basis
Preparing and presenting of internal reports to management as required.
Assisting with ad hoc marketing duties and you may be required to travel and may from time to time be requested to consult clients outside of normal hours and travel around the country or other destination as necessary.
