Purpose of Position:

The Regional Manager will be responsible for payment processing, customer support and relations, customer training and customer issues tracking and resolution.


Accountability:

• The Regional Manager will undergo a quarterly performance appraisal.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Administrative:

• Manages financial transactions. Processing clients’ payments.
• Manages disbursement and receipting of all funds for assigned customers.
• Assists in training customers on how to use the platform and on the relevant payment systems.
• Assists in customers’ problem tracking and issue resolutions.


Financial and Clerical:

•Keeps track of all financial transactions.
• Assists in data collection.


Qualifications and Skills:

• College diploma in accounting, business administration, economics, commerce, or a related field;
• Excellent understanding of Basic computer skills
Age from 21- 45 years
• Proper understanding of Crypto currencies and their trades
• Regional Manager should have an Idea on how to Use Perfect Money online Transfers.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
• Excellent math and organizational skills;
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills;
• Professional, courteous and positive manner;
• Ability to set priorities and manage multiple task functions simultaneously;
• Ability to speak local languages in South Africa.
• Ability to handle and process payments on Behalf of Workmines in South Africa.
