Client Support Specialist
Leading Software Company in the Northern Suburbs are looking for Client Support specialist that is hard working, technical minded and able to provide full support to all internal and external clients.
 
Requirements, specifications and Qualifications needed:
  • Matric is a MUST.
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology e.g. BTech (highly beneficial)
  • Working knowledge of HTML and Java Script
  • Extensive Customer Support service Experience 
  • Experience in working with integrating and troubleshooting internet products and technologies.
 
Duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Responsible for providing exceptional customer support to advertisers, media partners and solution providers via email, phone, and customer support management system.
  • May also be tasked with providing advanced customer support to key clients.
  • The position offloads the support work currently being owned by other departments.
  • This individual will be expected to answer support inquiries in a timely manner and be available by phone.
  • This person will escalate issues to supervisor as needed.
  • Individual will also be responsible for all incoming support tickets via customer support ticketing system and building out documentation related to FAQs, and modifying help when seeing the need for it.
 
REMUNERATION PACKAGE:
