Clinical Analyst is responsible for using their analytical skills to make recommendations to mitigate and limit risk factors of existing and new managed care principles, protocols and guidelines in collaboration with the Medical Advisor. It is expected that this person will work closely with the Protocol Committee, Expert Independent Medical Advisory Board and Health Technology Committee and Actuarial partners to provide clinical analytical expertise on all aspects of managed Care.

Experience and Qualifications Required
• The candidate must be a Registered Nurse/Pharmacist affiliated to the relevant bodies of registration
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the managed care environment
• Some experience in data analysis will be advantageous
• A good understanding of the Medical Schemes Act
