MSP is recruiting for a private hospital based in the South of Johannesburg who seeks to employ a Unit Manager who will be responsible for management of all clinical facilitation and training, risk incident and quality management teams within the hospital.

The following requirements are a prerequisite to be considered for the position:
• Registered as a Professional Nurse and Assessor/Moderator with the SANC
• Relevant B.Cur/Masters’ in Nursing Education and Admin
• A minimum of 3 years clinical facilitation experience
• Good knowledge of the private health care education and operational sectors
• Good leadership skills and abilities
• Knowledge of the legislative and business climate pertaining to general and nursing education
• Good communication skills – verbal and written
