MSP represents various private hospitals throughout South Africa, who seek to employ Post Basic specialised Clinical Facilitators, within either Theatre or Intensive Care nursing.

Requirements:
• Registered with the SANC as a Professional Nurse
• Advanced qualification in either Operating Theatre or Intensive Care Nursing Science
• Advanced training or qualifications in Nursing Education
• A minimum of 4 - 7 years’ postgraduate experience in the Operating Theatre or ICU
• Prior Clinical Facilitation, Lecturing/Educator experience
• Good knowledge of the Theatre or ICU
• Good communication skills and ability to liaise on various levels
