The person will be responsible to Ensuring team productivity and compliance, Analyzing and reporting on call trends in conjunction with Quality Assessor, Ensuring compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) entered into with clients and Analyzing and reporting on call trends in conjunction with Quality Assessor

Matric/Grade 12
3 year relevant diploma/degree or studying towards a 3 year qualification
3-5 years medical aid administration and managed care experience
A sound understanding, interpretation of the scheme rules, the medical schemes act and SLA
Experience in membership registration and contributions
Industrial Relations experience preferable
