A leading international freight forwarding based in Jet Park requires suitable and experience individual to manage IS functions and IS personnel.
Minimum Requirements:

Matric
IT Diploma/Degree (Advantage)
Sound knowledge of operations in clearing & forwarding & logistics
Managerial & Communication skills
SQL/Reporting/COGONS/Interfaces/Programmining & Super user skills

Job Summary:
Relating to ALL systems used by the group in RSA, and including the respective WMS / T&T / TMS / CRM , the scope of work will be to :
• Communicate and coordinate with Clients / Ops / Sales / Finance
• Co-ordinate Technical options
• Roll Out Planning > include co-ordinating meetings and scheduling of Project roll out
• Monitoring of Implementation and roll outs
• Provide co-ordinate suitable training
• Perform Presentations when required
• Trouble-shoot on key system issues
• Make requests for system evolution and ERP interfaces and monitor same
• Communicate and apply , key systems applications between Operations , Finance , Sales and Supply Chain
• Communicate and apply , key systems evolution and application concerns with HQ
• Arrange Training and Workshop material ensuring that all staff within the organisation (RSA) have performed an Induction Training on relevant systems within prescribed timeframes
• Arrange S.O.P. and Guideline material related to all systems
