CMT Coordinator (Fashion Industry)

Salary: R12 000 – R16 000 Neg.

Requirements

• Diploma in Fashion
• 3 years production or CMT experience
• Must be able to set, monitor and maintain targets at a AQL
• Must have sound technical knowledge.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Garment construction knowledge essential
• Excellent problem solving abilities
• Proven ability to complete projects on schedule
• Excellent time management
• Understanding/ability of sewing & cutting techniques and fabric utilization.
• Computer literate

Duties

• Allocate and negotiate price for CMT throughout South Africa
• Plan work schedule.
• Visit CMT factories to monitor production
• Constant checking of CMT to AQL
• Check fabric usage, complies with costing
• Check fabric allocation to factories are on time for production
• Constant liaison with warehouse
• Responsible for cost and cost negotiation on CMT
