Description

Determine sequence of shaping operations
Write programs and store them on machine controller
Translate instructions into a CAD program
Run simulations prior to running the program
Modify existing programs and storage thereof

Candidate Requirements

Recognised trade test certificate with commensurate experience in metal working.
CNC programming and setting certificate
Coversational and 'g" codes
Experience of CADCAM software.
Logical reasoning skills in order to troubleshoot and apply corrective measures.
