CNC + VMC Setter/ Programmer - JHB
Matric/Grade 12
Certificate in CNC and VMC Setting from a recognized training provider/institution
Certificate in Machining will be an added advantage
Must have At least 5 years’ experience as a Setter in a production environment experience
Must be able to read Engineering drawings
Must have experience in Using and Reading Measuring equipment accurately
Must have experience in computer literacy
Must have experience in CNC and VMC Programming
Provide Setting and Management of Machine Controls to ensure production optimization.
Experience gained in Setting CNC and VMC machine with 4th Axis and Fanuc controls
Experience in tool maintenance on CNC And VMC machines
Must have experience in process inspection
Must have experience in Ensuring first offs are passed and gauges are provided
Must have experience in Ensuring that operators understand what is expected of them to manufacture a quality product in a specified time
Assist Foreman with reasonable tasks
Adhere to health and safety rules
Salary gross per month R15000 neg. + Overtime Pay +Benefits
