Sales or Marketing degree

Completion of FAIS RE1 examination



Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ experience, 2 years in the insurance industry and 1 year in management

Strong B2B experience

Knowledge and experience on accounting principles in terms of profit, los and margin sales



Job Description:

Actively development the tactical sales and marketing plan for the Coastal Region.

Ensure to development the sales strategies to acquire new business.

Provide the development and implementation of account strategies.

Focus on retaining and increasing market shares in existing business.

Ensure to give training, education and sales support to intermediaries / existing clients.

Hands on execution, monitor and report on sales metrics monthly.

Make sure recruit, coach, train and manage sales force.

Actively manage Sales Consultants and Relationship Managers.

Ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA, TCF and other relevant legislation.

Manage and guide intermediaries and brokers to drive compliance with relevant regulatory and legal requirements.

Make sure to act as key individual for the Coastal Region.
