Coffee Shop Manager – Southern Suburbs

Looking for someone with PASSION FOR THE COFFEE SHOP/HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY. Your CUSTOMERS must come first, followed by good staff supervision.

MUST UNDERSTAND BUDGETS & GPS!!!

Duties would include:
-Daily running of the floor/restaurant
-Stock control:
-Daily cash ups, as well as daily banking
-Office duties: Invoice control, upkeep of training, maintenance and staff files
-Keep restaurant running to franchise standards
-Staff timetables
-Keeping POS system (Micros & other POS systems) functional
-Resolving customer complaints/queries

Hours: Restaurant Hours (on roster)
