Upmarket Coffee Shop Manager Needed – Tokai, Southern Suburbs, Cape Town

Our Client a very upmarket coffee shop concern in Tokai is looking for a customer focussed Coffee Shop Manager. Person must be able to manage the entire Coffee Shop, both FOH & BOH. No night trade only day trade till 6pm, Nice working coffee shop hours

Salary R 10 000 – R 12000 pm (Nice hours)

Min Requirements
• Matric
• 2-5 Years’ Experience as a Coffee Shop / Restaurant Manager
• Excellent Front of house personality
• Ability to work on Coffee Shop Program GAAP

Min Job Requirements
• Opening and Closing of shop
• Manage the day to day operations of FOH and BOH
• Manage Waiters, Baristas and Kitchen Staff
• Manage and Operate Staff Rosters and Staff Allocations
• Cashups and Bankings
• Manage Hygiene and Safety
• Customer Interaction from day to day
• Ordering and receiving of Stock
• Stock Management and Control
• Quality Control – Food that leaves the kitchen
• Manage BOH where food quality and output is important
• Staff Training and Development
• In charge to book and see through functions and bookings
