Leading financial services provider requires experienced administrator to perform end to end admin functions across the collections and recoveries portfolios, while fulfilling a support role for all external debt collectors.

KPI’s

Support operational functions of external debt collectors
Timeous management and controlling of documentation and operational processes
Conducting work quality assessments and completing reports for work quality assessments
Facilitating of hand over files to external agencies and monitoring thereof
Resolving internal and external queries as per the internal and external SLA’s
Maintains working knowledge of cross functional department processes as related to collections area
Prioritizes, plans and organizes in situations of competing activities to ensure goals are accomplished efficiently and effectively
Assist with preparation of all relevant reporting to support the Collections Support Team Leader
Stake holder relations
General adhoc admin duties

Minimum Requirements

Previous external debt collections support / administration experience essential
Grade 12/Matric certificate
Degree/ Diploma (advantageous)
Advanced MS Office Proficiency
Retail and / financial services industry experience (advantageous)
Ability to work shifts (08h00 – 21h00, incl weekends)
