HTN Attorneys - We are looking for Collections Consultants for the Collections Department. To collect outstanding debt from debtors. To meet the daily, weekly & monthly operational needs as outlined within the Performance Agreement. To act within the parameters as set out within the DCA & NCA at all times.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
•Ensure that you meet & exceed the daily, weekly & monthly operational needs & targets as set out within the Performance Agreement;
•Ensure that you act with the utmost care, caution & respect towards debtors & clients of HTN Attorneys;
•Ensure that you act within the parameters as set out within the DCA & NCA at all times and minimize the exposure of the company for complaints at any of the councils;
•Communicate all training and development needs to the Team Leader as and when they arise;
•Create & sustain a cohesive working environment & ensure a clean & safe working environment at all times.

Minimum Requirements:
•Grade 12 or equivalent
•2 Years Collections Experience within a Call Centre environment
•Previous Collections / Call Centre Experience

Knowledge:
•Must be PC literate
•Call Centre experience
•Debt Collections experience
