Collections Team Leader wanted to manage a team of +/- 12 agents.

Responsibilities:
Drive delivery of the team’s key Collections performance targets in line with business requirements
Accountable for the achievements ofteam target. Manage and track collections performance hourly, daily and weekly and ensure necessary actions are taken to meet business objectives (targets)
Ensure adherence to schedule and track agents’ dialler activity. Identify and implement necessary actions to bring productivity in line with targets.

Minimum Criteria:
Matric/Grade 12 Certificate.
Tertiary Certificate/Diploma in management would be advantageous.
Ability to work shifts when necessary or required.
Understanding of Vision Plus would be advantageous.
Minimum of 2 years recent Collections Team Leader experience in a Financial Call Centre environment essential.
Computer Literacy – must be proficient and have solid understanding of MS Office suite.
