An experienced Collections Trainer is urgently required. Your have at least 3 years relevant collections training experience ideally gained in the financial services industry. If you have global market experience that would be very advantageous.

Job responsibilities:
Collections Product Training
Soft Skills Training
Setting up of Collections Quality Assessment Templates & Reporting
Documenting and Centralising all Collections Training Documentation
Recording Skills Gaps & liaising with Team Leaders to implement appropriate plan of action
Liaising with Key people to ensure alignment, consistency and calibration of all Training & Quality areas
Continuously revise collections training material, Quality checks & Standards and implement changes wherever needed
Report on effectiveness of training and coaching interventions (pre & post)
Ensure all training is followed by an assessment of understanding
Operate within the set policies and adopt a “role model” stance which represents Leadership
Increase Employee Motivation & Job Satisfaction
Keep up-to-date with developments in the Call Centre Industry so that the leading edge approach is maintained
Comply with all Collections Policies & Procedures to facilitate internal cooperation by “Leading by Example”
Regulatory knowledge of UK Collections Process essential
Ability to measure effectiveness of Collections Training Modules

Skills & competencies required:
Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience gained in the financial services industry preferred (UK Call Centre advantageous)
Solid track record of effectively collections training
Ability to engage comfortably at a Senior Level
Experience in Change Management
Aptitude and Understanding of credit collections and previous experience in a finance environment
